The 66fit Soft Pilates Balls are light weight, soft and provide excellent grip with their anti slip surface. They are versatile and can be used for pilates or for general exercise.
Use as an unstable platform to enhance balance, body awareness and improve strength and coordination. Perfect for use as a resistance tool to work upper body, inner thighs, pelvic floor and more.
Each ball comes with a straw and plug to blow up to desired firmness.
Available in Blue - 20cm, Green - 25cm or Pink - 30cm
